We don’t tell you what to do, we work with you to unlock your potential. It’s valuable because, as well as learning about yourself (some people spend years in self-awareness groups for this!), you’ll also learn the ins and outs of the profession from credible professionals.
And all at a fair price – feel free to look around in the market.
Our whole career is interwoven with lifelong learning, which means we’ve made all the mistakes and tested everything on ourselves – you get proven solutions and don’t have to look for them yourself.
Coaching is not a random conversation, but a conscious, goal-oriented process.
As a coach your two most important tools will be emphatic listening (active listening) and professional questioning techniques. We place great emphasis on practising these skills in the form of case studies, exercises in groups of three and “fishbowl coaching”.
Various coaching tools are also involved in the training, such as picture or word cards, different types of questionnaires or even Lego figures, so that you can try them to see how comfortable you are with them. We’ll listen to you and you’ll get a lot of feedback. This will allow you to develop your own coaching style.
But that’s not all: as well as coaching each other with the other participants, you’ll also get some practice with real clients, which will not only help you develop your professional skills, but could even lead to a referral (i.e. a job)!

The training will be completed in August 2022 and by then you might even have up to 100 coached hours for ACC certification!
The Antener Training Centre is a licensed training institution; our coach training is approved by the Pest County Government Office under E-000410/2014/D047 and D085 (“Life coaching” and “Life coaching – online”). We have a Quality Management System, liability insurance, and our institution is supervised by an adult education expert, which means that quality is guaranteed. This means that our training is VAT-free so we offer a lower training price than other training providers.
*The number of hours is 130 (as 45-minutes sessions) by the Hungarian regulations and 100 according to the ICF regulations (97 hours of 60 minutes sessions, + 3 observed coaching hours)
We do not “guess” what makes a coach extraordinary, we know exactly. Each of us has completed 5-6 different relevant trainings; we have been involved in the development of more than 2000 people in almost two decades. Four of us deliver the training, so you’ll learn four perspectives that will broaden your own. We also invite guest speakers on a regular basis, further enriching the palette.
Of course, you need to work hard, we cannot build a clientele for you. Just as the university did not guarantee you a job after graduation, we cannot promise you that either. However, we give you all the tools you need, we include you in our network of contacts and teach you business acquisition strategies, so it’s really up to you how you take the opportunities the training gives you.
Yes. The training programme is designed to be as practical as possible. We think it is important that the participants in the group also practise with each other (we call this peer coaching). And once you are familiar with the basic coaching tools, you will be able to practice with a real client. Relax, we’ll be there with you, holding your hand!
As a coach, you don’t have to stand up in front of people and perform. You don’t have to put together rehearsed topics, you don’t have to be afraid of being a bad speaker. That’s not what coaching is about. If you care about others, can listen to them and have the will to positively influence lives, you’re in the right place!
The need for support professionals has never been greater than it is today. Teleworking, Covid, new ways of thinking about leadership, shifting work-life balance are just some of the issues that encourage more and more people to turn to coaches. The best period to take coach training was 10 years ago. The second best period is now. Don’t wait any longer, now is your chance to enter the market.
We know that paying the training fee in one lump sum can be demanding, so we’ve thought about those who would like to take advantage of the instalment option. In this case, you will be required to pay HUF 100,000 when you apply and you can pay the remaining amount in 2 or 3 equal instalments. However, payment of the training fee is a condition for the issue of the Certificate.
The training is organised as an approved adult training course by Antener Training Organisation Ltd.

The course can be paid in installments and we expect to have been paid in full before the end of the program.
Any cancellations will have to be in written form. If the participant cancels later than 30 working days before the start of the program, 60% of the fee (and VAT if applicable) will have to be paid as an administrative fee. The date of the cancellation is the date when the training provider receives the written cancellation. Participants cancelling later than 14 days before the program start or participants who do not attend the program will have to pay the fee (and VAT if applicable) in full.
